We do not offer any concessions for persons over 65 years of age. We offer Adult, Youth (16-25) and Junior (under 16) rates only, in addition to Four-Day Passes and Weekend Tickets.
Parking at the AIG Women’s Open will be complimentary and we will encourage driving to Muirfield for spectators wherever possible. Please follow all signage to the event where parking attendants will direct you to the appropriate parking.
Parking at the AIG Women’s Open cannot be booked in advance. Please follow all signage to the event and advise the parking attendants upon arrival that you require Accessible Parking. Upon presentation of your Blue Badge, the attendants will direct you to the Accessible Parking for the event.
For the AIG Women’s Open, all ticketholders will be able to leave the Championship and return later in the day, as long as it is the same person returning, and they can present a valid ticket and untampered wristband upon re-entry.
If you wish to cancel your order
you may do so by informing us within 48 hours of purchase. If you would like to
be considered as an exception to the above policy, please contact us at Tickets@AIGWomensOpen.com,
explaining your circumstances.
The only official sources of
tickets for the AIG Women’s Open are via AIGWomensOpen.com. Any tickets made available on websites such as Viagogo, Safetickets.net, Stubhub, eBay or Gumtree are not done so with the permission of The R&A and are subject to unregulated pricing. We have also encountered issues in the past in which photoshopped tickets or cancelled tickets were sold via these platforms. We strongly recommend that customers do not purchase tickets from third party re-sellers as tickets sold on these sites are likely to be refused entry to the Championship.
Yes, you will need an internet connection
to receive and activate your tickets. Should there be no reliable 4G signal in
the area, complimentary WIFI will be available at the venue if required.

Yes, your ticket QR code will become active
within 24 hours of gates opening on the day of your attendance. Tip:

We strongly recommend that all ticket
holders possess their own digital ticket on their own smartphone where
possible, for speedy entry to the venue. Therefore, if you have purchased
tickets on behalf of guests, family or friends, you may transfer each
additional ticket to the individual they are intended for, ahead of the event.
However, you may hold multiple tickets on your device for entry if you are
unable to transfer to individuals.
If you are attending the AIG Women’s Open
with a guest, friend or family member who does not have a smartphone, you may
retain their ticket on your device for entry.
Yes, there is no requirement to transfer
any junior tickets you have on your smartphone.

Yes, you can securely send your tickets to
a guest, friend or family member by using the transfer functionality in the
app. The person you are transferring tickets to must have the AIGWO Tickets
app downloaded and created an account ahead of the transfer.
To transfer a ticket, select the ticket you
wish to send and press the ‘Transfer’ button on the top of the ticket. Please remember
that the person you are transferring the ticket to must have the app downloaded
and have created an account in advance of the transfer.
Select “Transfer”. If you have given the
app access to contacts, any contact who has the app will appear under “My
Contacts with App”. You can then easily transfer a ticket to them by selecting
their name.
If the individual does not have an account
on the app, you will need to invite them to download the app using “Invite
Contact”. When they register within the app, you will then be able to transfer
the ticket to them. If they are not a contact in your phone, you may also use
the “Send via Phone Number” option.
After your guest, friend or family member
has downloaded and registered the AIGWO Tickets app, they will receive a
notification informing them that they have received a ticket. This ticket will
then be displayed within their app, showing in their name.
Yes, you will be able to transfer the
ticket between guests using the transfer feature in the AIGWO Tickets app. The
ticket can be transferred from you to your guest for one day of the
championship, and they will be able to transfer it back to you (or another
guest) following their entry to the event, for use the following day. Each
ticket may only be scanned for entry once per day.
Yes, if they have the app and are in your
phone contacts, their name will appear in “My Contacts with App”. If they are
not a contact, you will need to ensure you have selected the correct country
code before entering the mobile number using the “Send via phone number” option.
The battery of your phone should be
charged, your phone brightness should be at full and you should enable your
internet connection. Please note that there will be complimentary WiFi at the
venue if required.
At the entrance, simply present your smart
phone with your ticket displaying the QR code. To protect your tickets, please
note that the QR code will only activate and be visible up to 24 hours before
the gates open on the day of your attendance.
No, screenshots of tickets will not be
accepted. Active tickets display a unique entry code that will not be captured
by a screen shot. Tickets must be presented within the app. Copies of any QR
codes issued through third-party organisations, screenshots or print-outs will
not be accepted at the venue.
Please make sure you arrive at the venue
with your smartphone battery charged. You will not be able to show your tickets
without battery. If your phone has run out of battery or you have any issues
displaying your tickets, please go to the on-site ticket office where they will
be able to assist you.
