Ingrid Lindblad

The world’s top-ranked amateur, Lindblad showed her class with an 11th-place finish at last year’s US Women’s Open.

The former European Amateur Champion will play in her fourth AIG Women’s Open after coming through Final Qualifying for the second year in succession.

Now 23, Lindblad played in the 2018 Junior Ryder Cup, then helped Sweden become European team champions the following two years.

The 2020 season was also memorable for her capturing two titles on the Nordic Tour, both achieved in play-offs after closing with two rounds of 65 each time.

Last April she was the runner-up to Anna Davis at the Augusta National Women’s Amateur tournament.
