Jane Geddes

Jane Geddes with the AIG Women

Seven of Geddes' 11 LPGA Tour titles were secured in a glorious 13-month period between July 1986 and July 1987.

Those successes included major triumphs at the 1986 U.S. Women's Open - her first professional win - and the following year's LPGA Championship, before Geddes added another notable success by winning the 1989 AIG Women's Open at Ferndown.

The American's aggregate of 14-under comfortably broke the record for the Championship's lowest score at the time, beating Laura Davies' previous mark from 1986 by five.

Geddes, who also tied-fourth at Woburn in 1993 and 1996, went on to enjoy a successful post-playing career, taking up a variety of senior administrative roles with the LPGA and, perhaps more surprisingly, serving as the WWE's VP of Talent Relations.
