The #AIGWOInvitational

On Tuesday 10 August, the first ever AIG Women's Open Invitational will be held at Carnoustie, launching an exciting new event ahead of the 45th playing of the AIG Women's Open.

The Invitational will see four teams of four vying to win the inaugural edition of the event, while having a fun day out on the world class Championship links at Carnoustie.

Comprising of celebrities, creators, junior golfers and competition winners, the 16-strong field will all be documenting the day, which will include a trip to the World Golf Musuem before their round.

You can use the hashtag #AIGWOInvitational to find the latest posts from around the grounds at Carnoustie, or follow each individual competitor on their social channels.

Additionally, be sure to follow the AIG Women's Open on Instagram and Twitter, where there will be plenty of updates from the exciting day, including a running Instagram Stories in the afternoon, where the first group tee off at 14:30 BST.
