Bel Wardle

Bel Wardle made it through to the 2026 AIG Women’s Open via Final Qualifying.

The Prestbury golfer finished joint top of the leaderboard – alongside Manon de Roey – at St Annes Old Links to seal her major debut.

Bel has been competing on the Ladies European Tour Access Series, posting a sixth-place finish in the Madaef Golfs Ladies Open before earning a runners-up spot at the Ladies German Challenge.

The 26-year-old has recently returned to full strength having suffered nerve damage in her left elbow and is now “in the best place I’ve felt for a number of years.”
