Chisato Iwai

Chisato Iwai – twin sister of Akie – enjoyed a breakthrough year on the LPGA Tour in 2025.

Chisato, who finished T58 at Royal Porthcawl, won the Riviera Maya Open by six shots in May last year, a few weeks before recording her best finish at a major with a T4 placing at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship.

An eight-time winner on the LPGA Tour of Japan, she finished inside the top-30 in the other four majors in 2025.

She has qualified for Royal Lytham & St Annes courtesy of her 15th-place finish on the LPGA Race to CME Globe Points List.
