Chisato Iwai

Chisato Iwai is enjoying a breakthrough year on the LPGA Tour in 2025.

The twin sister of Akie Iwai, who is also in the field at Royal Porthcawl, Chisato Iwai won the Riviera Maya Open by six shots in May, a few weeks before recording her best finish at a major with a T4 placing at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship.

An eight-time winner on the LPGA Tour of Japan, she has finished inside the top 30 at all four majors so far this year, but is seeking to make the cut at the AIG Women's Open for the first time in three attempts.
