Hyunjo Yoo will make her AIG Women’s Open debut at Royal Lytham & St Annes, which will also be her third appearance at a major after T36 and T34 finishes at the US Women’s Open in 2025 and 2026 respectively.

The 21-year-old won individual bronze at the 2022 Asian Games as well as team silver with South Korea.

After turning professional and joining the LPGA of Korea Tour in 2023, Hyunjo claimed her maiden victory in the paid ranks at the KB Financial Group Star Championship in 2024.

Hyunjo defended that title in 2025 before registering a third professional win at the DB Women’s Championship in 2026.
