Jeneath Wong qualified for the AIG Women’s Open courtesy of a record-breaking win at the Women’s Amateur Asia-Pacific Championship in March 2025.
With an aggregate score of 266 (the lowest in championship history) on links-like terrain, Jeneath became the first Malaysian victor of the region’s pre-eminent women’s amateur event.
