Liz Young recorded her second win on the Ladies European Tour at the Hero Women's Indian Open in October 2024.

This came two years after her first win on the tour, at the VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open.

Young turned professional in 2009 having been English stroke play champion three years earlier and a member of Britain and Ireland’s 2008 Curtis Cup side at St Andrews, where, as Elizabeth Bennett, she faced Stacy Lewis in the concluding singles. 

She came fourth in the Scottish Open in 2011.
