Announced her retirement from golf in 2019 saying she had fallen out of love with the sport.

But after finding herself with little to do during the Covid-19 pandemic she was inspired to start playing again once it re-appeared on television and two early top ten finishes on the LPGA Tour this season, including a tie for fourth at the JTBC Classic in March, has helped her become one of the leading 25 non-exempt players who earn exemptions into the line-up at Muirfield.

The 33-year-old Canadian first played on the LPGA circuit at the age of 15 in the Canadian Open and while at Purdue University helped them win the NCAA Championship in 2010. Finished seventh at the LPGA Qualifying School the following year.
