Megan Schofill

Victory in last year’s US Women’s Amateur earned Schofill her place at St Andrews.

She beat Latanna Stone 4&3 in the 36-hole final at Bel-Air Country Club, securing four major starts in the process.

Schofill duly impressed at the US Women’s Open, sharing fifth place through 36 holes before finishing in a tie for 44th.
