Ryann O’Toole heads to Royal Lytham & St Annes for her 11th AIG Women’s Open appearance with her best finish at the Championship being T21 back in 2023.
The 39-year-old American has been a professional since 2009 and won three times on the Futures Tour in the space of a year between 2010 and 2011.
Her maiden win came at the Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City Championship in the May before following that up two months later at the Falls Auto Group Classic and then in April 2011 at the Santorini Riviera Nayarit Classic.
The biggest victory of Ryann’s career to date came on the LPGA Tour in August 2021 when she won the Scottish Open by three shots from Lydia Ko and Jeeno Thitikul.
A second win almost followed in 2024, but O’Toole lost in a play-off at the first extra hole to Nelly Korda at the Fir Hills Seri Pak Championship.
Ryann has three top-10 major finishes: T9 at the 2011 US Women’s Open, T6 at the Evian Championship in 2018 and most recently a T7 finish at the 2026 Chevron Championship.
