Sanna Nuutinen at the AIG Women
Represented Finland in the 2010 and 2012 Espirito Santo Women’s World Amateur Team Championship, helping them to a superb joint third place on the second occasion in Turkey. They also won bronze and silver medals at the European Championships, where she acted as team captain. Turned professional after playing college golf in Texas and was twice runner-up at the Ladies European Tour’s Finnish Open as well as at the Czech Open. Was back wearing national colours at last year’s Olympic Games in Japan, finishing joint 20th, and then came through qualifying school to earn an LPGA Tour card for this season.
