Digital Tickets


All tickets for the AIG Women’s Open at Royal Porthcawl will be delivered digitally via the AIGWO Tickets app, which can be downloaded from the Apple and Android app stores.

The AIGWO Tickets app provides a secure means to access, manage and transfer tickets to the event.

When will I receive my tickets?

You will have received an email from us inviting you to download the AIGWO Tickets app. Please ensure that you sign into the app using the same email address that you used when purchasing your tickets in order to view and access them.

Please note that if you are purchasing tickets now, you will receive the invite to the app within 24 hours of your purchase. If you download the AIGWO Tickets app before you receive the email inviting you, your tickets will not be immediately available in the app, but will appear in due course. If you wish to view the details of your valid tickets, you can do so by visiting the ‘My Account’ section of AIGWomensOpen.com.

Transferring tickets

We would strongly encourage all attendees to hold their own ticket on their own smartphone both for security purposes and to speed up entry to the event. However, if any members of your party do not have access to a smartphone, you may hold multiple tickets on one device.

Ticket transfers can be made using the in-app transfer functionality if you wish to send tickets to other members of your party. To avoid delays, we recommend completing any ticket transfers in advance of your arrival.

No smartphone?

We recommend that any spectators who do not own a smartphone enter the event with a member of their party who does own one. This person can hold the non-smartphone user’s ticket within their app alongside their own ticket.

For any spectators attending the AIG Women’s Open who do not have access to a smartphone within their party, please go to the on-site Ticket Office upon arrival to gain entry to the venue. When doing so, the lead ticket purchaser must accompany you and provide the following:

1) Proof of purchase (e.g. a printed email/ printed file recap document),

2) Some form of ID (e.g. driver’s license or bank card).

If you had tickets purchased for you and the lead purchaser will not be in attendance to provide proof of purchase, please contact us at Tickets@AIGWomensOpen.com to discuss your entry process.
