2. Sign In

Open the app and click ‘Sign In’. Make sure you use the email address associated with your ticketing account. If you are unsure, check the PDF order confirmation/invoice sent to you at the time of purchase. If you do not have a ticketing account, please follow the on-screen prompts to register.

3. Confirm My Account

To enhance security, a one-time access code will be sent to your email. Enter the code in the white field and click the blue ‘confirm’ button. If you have not received the code, or mis-spelled your email address, you can resend the code by clicking the white ‘resend’ button.

4. My Tickets

In the 'My Tickets' area, your digital tickets will display in day order. Simply click on the relevant day’s ticket, to open it.

5. Digital Ticket

Your ticket is your entry to the event. It contains information such as the date, location and original purchaser of the ticket(s). Scroll down to read more information, such as Readmission policies and course maps.

At the entrance, simply present your smartphone with your ticket displaying the QR code. Please note that the QR code will only activate 24 hours prior to gate opening times, each day. Therefore, please do not be alarmed if you cannot see your QR code displayed outside this 24-hour period, as it will activate nearer to the gate opening time.

Hot Tip!

You can find out more about your tickets and access the Digital Ticket FAQs by clicking on the Information icon. This is found in the top right-hand corner of the digital ticket, near the QR code.

Digital tickets to the AIG Women’s Open are only accessible on the AIGWO Tickets App and cannot be transferred to computers for printing. Please note that you will not be allowed entry to the event if you display a printed screenshot. If you are receiving tickets from family/friends and cannot see any tickets, the sender may have cancelled the transfer. You should check with the sender directly.
