Amazing Mimi Rhodes hole-in-one comes with helping hand

Mimi Rhodes celebrates her hole in one at the 5th

You don’t see this every day.

Mimi Rhodes managed a quite astonishing hole-in-one on the par-3 5th hole during the final round of the 2025 AIG Women's Open. The remarkable moment came after her effort rebounded off her playing partner Steph Kyriacou's ball.

Kyriacou was first to step onto the tee, arrowing a sensational approach shot to within inches of the hole – going so close to what would have, remarkably, been her second ace of the week.

Then up stepped Rhodes.

The 24-year-old fired her ball straight at the pin, rolling towards the cup before deflecting off Kyriacou’s ball and into the hole to huge cheers around the green.

You can watch the incredible moment in our video below.

It was all possible thanks to Kyriacou’s initial tee shot into the green.

Astonishingly, the Australian has already managed a hole-in-one of her own this week.

She recorded an ace on the 8th hole of her second round, and you can check this out below.
