Leonie Harm

Leonie Harm

Represented Europe in the 2015 Junior Solheim Cup two years after she was in a coma and suffered multiple injuries when hit by a drunk driver while out jogging. Her family were told there was little chance of her surviving, yet three years later she became the first German to capture The Women’s Amateur Championship, beating American Stephanie Lau 3&2 in the final at Hillside.

Studied biochemistry at the University of Houston before turning professional in 2020. Tied for seventh in last year’s AIG Women’s Open at Carnoustie, her closing 67 being one of the rounds of the day.
