Humphreys won the Order of Merit on the Ladies European Tour Access Series in 2021 and was unsurprisingly named Rookie of the Year.

She claimed her maiden LET title at the 2023 Joburg Open.

Prior to turning professional, Humphreys enjoyed a stellar amateur career, which included a Curtis Cup appearance at the age of 16 and victories in the English, Irish, Scottish & Welsh Ladies Amateur Championships.
