Youmin Hwang will make her AIG Women’s Open debut at Royal Lytham & St Annes having been all set to do so at Royal Porthcawl in 2025 before then not participating.

The final major of the year will also see the 23-year-old complete the set of major championship appearances.

Youmin’s best major finish came at this year’s Chevron Championship where she finished T12 while her T19 finish at the 2025 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship marks her other top-20 major placing.

The South Korean birdied four of the final six holes to win the LOTTE Championship at a breezy Hoakalei Country Club – finishing one stroke clear of Hyo Joo Kim – for her first victory on the LPGA Tour, in October 2025.

Youmin has picked up five professional wins overall, three of which have come on the LPGA of Korea Tour and one on the Taiwan LPGA Tour.
