Carla Bernat Escuder followed in the footsteps of Seve Ballesteros, Jose Maria Olazabal, Sergio Garcia and Jon Rahm in becoming the latest Spaniard to triumph at Augusta National back in April.

That win in the Augusta National Women’s Amateur gained Carla an exemption for each of the majors in 2025, and she started brightly at the Chevron Championship, shooting a level-par 72 before a seven-over second round saw her miss the cut.

A prolific winner in amateur and collegiate golf, Carla already has a professional win on the Santander Golf Tour.
