Carlota Ciganda has seven wins to her name on the Ladies European Tour [LET], while she has also picked up a couple of victories on the LPGA Tour, both in 2016.
Ciganda won the LET's Order of Merit in her debut season of 2012, and was subsequently named both Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year. Only Laura Davies had achieved this feat before, in 1984.
The Spaniard has 10 top-10s in majors, and finished in the top 20 of three majors in 2023.
Her best placing in the AIG Women’s Open is seventh, which she achieved in 2018 and 2019.
