AIG extends its support of the AIG Women's Open

AIG has announced its commitment to women’s golf and the AIG Women’s Open will continue long into the future, after extending its title partnership of the AIG Women’s Open by two years to 2025. 

The announcement comes alongside a rebranding of the Championship, as The R&A and AIG are delighted to announce the event shall now be known as the AIG Women’s Open, with the accompanying website at www.aigwomensopen.com.

After announcing that this year's AIG Women’s Open will go ahead from 20-23 August at Royal Troon, The R&A and AIG are excited about the changing face of golf. The brand of the AIG Women’s Open exemplifies the continued progress of the sport and the determination to accelerate it.
