Reigning Champion Lilia Vu, world number one Nelly Korda and last year’s runner-up, Charley Hull, will play together in rounds one and two of the AIG Women’s Open.
The superstar trio represent the standout grouping for the opening two days of the Championship at St Andrews.
Vu, Korda and Hull are scheduled to tee off at 1:10pm local time (BST) on Thursday, before beginning their second rounds on the 10th at 7:55am on Friday.
Vu and Hull engaged in a thrilling battle when paired together for the final round at Walton Heath 12 months ago, with the American ultimately coming out on top to land her second major title.
Other standout groupings include the trios of 2018 Champion Georgia Hall, this year’s Amundi Evian Championship winner Ayaka Furue and world number nine Rose Zhang – who begin on hole 10 at 7:55am on Thursday – and a trio of major winners in Amy Yang, Hannah Green and Brooke Henderson – out at 7:11am from the same tee.
The AIG Women’s Open Champion of 2019, Hinako Shibuno, will go out with 2023 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship winner Ruoning Yin and Linn Grant in the group that follows Yang, Green and Henderson.
Also out early on Thursday are Minjee Lee, Lexi Thompson and Gemma Dryburgh, who begin on the 10th at 7:44am. They come immediately after a stellar trio of AIG Women’s Open Champions at 7:33am in Stacy Lewis, three-time victor Karrie Webb and Catriona Matthew.
The first group out from the 10th at 7am features Lauren Coughlin, the winner of last week’s ISPS Handa Women’s Scottish Open, Miyu Yamashita and Madelene Sagstrom, while I K Kim – Champion at the AIG Women’s Open in 2017 – will start things off at the same time on the 1st hole alongside Alexandra Forsterling and Moriya Jutanugarn.

Celine Boutier, Lydia Ko and Ally Ewing go out together on Thursday at 12:26pm from the 1st, followed by Ashleigh Buhai, Jin Young Ko and Leona Maguire.
Lottie Woad, who tops the World Amateur Golf Ranking, is out at 8:06am on Thursday from the 10th with Emily Kristine Pedersen and Jennifer Kupcho, while fellow amateur Louise Rydqvist plays alongside fellow Swede Anna Nordqvist, the Champion three years ago at Carnoustie, and Haeran Ryu.
